Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Flit (flitbio.com), a product of seliem.dev. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information, and don’t impersonate others or use a handle you don’t have the right to use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Flit to publish or link to:

• Illegal content, or content that infringes others’ rights.
• Hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative material, or spam, malware, or phishing.
• Anything that endangers minors.

We may suspend or remove pages that violate these Terms.

Your content

You own the content you add. You grant Flit the limited license needed to host and display your page to the people you share it with.

Paid plans

Flit offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan (US$9/month or $79/year). Pro is currently free for everyone: billing does not begin until 50 accounts have been created, and we will not charge anyone without notice. The free plan remains free after that.

The first 50 accounts are founding members and keep 50% off Pro ($4.50/month) for as long as their subscription remains active. An account that never publishes a page may have its founding place returned to the pool.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe, renew automatically, and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Design → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer & liability

Flit is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, seliem.dev is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
